On the peak between Aso Valley and Tenna Valley, at the altitude of 750 metres below sea level, casa Marziali, within 1 km from Montefalcone Appenninico, is situated in a privileged position overlooking Sibillini Mountains that enables guests to enjoy a formidable view, until the Adriatic Sea.
The old barn, owned by Marziali family, completely refurbished, offers comfortable and pleasant apartments (rural locals), completely independent, with TV, autonomous heating-system, bathroom with shower, and suitably structured locals for disabled. There is one washing-waschine for all guests.
In the main house there's the restaurant, in which you'll discover the traditional marche's dishes. Home-made macaroni, vegetables from our fields and meats from local breedings makes meals at "Marulla" farmhouse an unique event. Concerning the wine, the most famous type of marche's wines are flanked from high quality local vineyards products.
Also there are a conference-room and a nice swimming pool (12x5,50 mt), lighted during the night to have suggestive parties from May to October( dependent to the weather).
