Villa Liliana is an impressive villa sleeping up to 8 guests sitting on a beautiful hill overlooking one of the most stunning vallyes in all of Italy and is situated in the perfect location for your next dream holiday. Your villa has not been restored, rather it has been lovingly built from scratch over the last 5 years using the very best natural local materials and has been designed purely for the discerning holidaymaker in mind so offers that much more than your average holiday rental.

Your views really are 360° panoramic. From the villa you will see on the left the Adriatic sea where you can explore award winning blue flag beaches. Working your way around your view you will discover beautiful rolling hills with a mixture of grapevines, sunflowers and orchards. On top of the rolling hills are medieval hilltop towns where around every corner you'll find some of the secrets of Italy waiting to be discovered. In the distance is the perfect backdrop to this picture - the the drama of the Sibillini National Park with its rugged and beautiful mountains.

YOUR BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Your dream villa has three beautiful light and airy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. If you come as a group of 8 there is a very comfortable double sofa bed in in the lounge.

The master bedroom is very spacious with lots of storage and has views going towards to Adriatic coast. The bedroom has a hand made natural "cotto" floor which feels cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The on suite to this bedroom has a luxurious feel with its antique marble tiles and high end bathroom fittings. In the bedroom itself you won't find a single piece of Ikea furniture - it has all been hand made by Italian craftsment.

The second bedroom which again is very spacious has views of the mountains and has been tastefully and elegantly furnished. There are the same natural "cotto" floors to enjoy and lots of storage space.

The third bedroom has two single beds but if you would prefer this to be made up as a double, simply let us know before your arrival and we will arrange the room for you accordingly.

It is little things that make all the difference to your stay at Villa Liliana. For example, as well as supplying sheets and towels as you would expect from any villa rental, we also pay attention to detail and supply for example, dressing gowns.

YOUR LOUNGE
Your lounge has some of the best veiws from the villa - overlooking the stunning Valdaso with the Sibillini National Park in the background. This incredible scene is viewed through one of the most beautiful features of the villa, the two large arched window doors.

There are two large and comfortable sofas, one of them being a sofa bed, so you'll have lots of space to spread out. There is also a large flat TV with satellite television, and a docking station for connecting an iPod.

There is a dining table at the other end of the lounge with ample seating for 8 guests although in the Spring, Summer and Autumn months you may like to dine outside under the portico where we have another large dining table.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the pots, pans, crockery etc that you could possibly need throghout your holiday. There is also a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and a washing machine. You'll find in the fridge a few bottles of wine from our personal cantina with our compliments as a welcome gift.

GARDEN / POOL / OUTSIDE
Villa Liliana has beautiful grounds that have been divided into specific areas for you to enjoy and explore.

There is the pool area with a swimming pool measuring 7 m x 4 m. Around the pool you will find a range of sun loungers and seating perfect for taking in some of the rays of the hot Italian sun.

You needn't be stuck in the kitchen on holiday as there is a barbecue area for cooking all the lovely fresh produce found in the village shops or at one of the many local markets. For the authentic Italian flavour please feel free to help yourself to some herbs from the herb garden for your barebecue.

The gardens also have a wide selection of fruit trees so depending on the month you are here you will be able to pick fresh plumbs, apples, cherries, pomegranites, pears and apricots.

If you are out in the evening you will have a welcome return to Villa Liliana as the main path to the villa has lavendar plants that as well as looking great, give off a wonderful relaxing scent.
